China has deployed Advance Rocket System near Indian Border

First time the ' People's Liberation Army' of China has claimed that they have deployed the Advance Rocket System in the Western Command . 

The news also covered on various news outlets such as Hindustan Times, South-China Morning Post. 
The People's Liberation Army has done it in a move aimed at reinforcing China's border defence and acting as a deterrent to India, according to a military mouthpiece and analyst. 
The rocket system was deployed in the South of Xinjiang Province, in a move to counter India's construction development near Ladakh region.

Through this move China is exerting pressure on India to counter the Indo-Pacific. 
This was conformed by Russia's recent statement on Indo-Pacific, which stats that it is 'dangerous' for the region.
